LOUGH (Islington, W.)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether, under Article 11, the Brussels Sugar Convention has now been laid before all the colonies in order that they may have an opportunity of expressing their adhesion to the Convention; and what replies have been received.
§ MR. J. CHAMBERLAINThe Brussels Sugar Convention was communicated to all the colonies in a despatch dated the 21st of April, 1902. None of the colonies propose to adhere to the Convention.
