HC Deb 16 July 1903 vol 125 c844
MR. WEIR

To ask the Secretary of State for India, seeing that the Report of the Irrigation Commission will not be in the hands of Members until the end of the month, will he state briefly the most important recommendations contained in the Report.

(Answered by Secretary Lord George Hamilton.) No copy or abstract of the Report of the Irrigation Commission has yet reached the India Office, and I cannot therefore state what the chief recommendations are.
