RUNCIMAN (Dewsbury)To ask the President of the Board of Trade how many old sailing ships and old steamships were sold from British ownership under the British flag to foreign ownership under foreign flags in each year from 1875 to 1902; and what was the tonnage thus transferred in each year respectively.
