§ MR. BUCHANAN (Perthshire, E.)

(Answered by Secretary Lord George Hamilton.) I am in communication with the Government of India upon the proposal to which the hon. Gentleman refers, but no decision has as yet been arrived at. Until the correspondence is complete I can 1137 give no opinion as to whether or not it can be published.
