TULLYI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can state on what grounds it has been decided to permit a demonstration on 13th July at Rostrevor, in the County Down; whether any complaints have been received from the Roman Catholic population of that district as to the proposed demonstration, and what reply has been made to those complaints.
