HC Deb 06 July 1903 vol 124 c1410
MR. O'DOWD

I beg to ask Mr. Attorney-General for Ireland whether, and, if so, when, the Government will afford facilities for the introduction and passage through this House of a Bill to amend the law relating to Contempt of Court in Ireland.

THE ATTORNEY-GENERAL FOR IRELAND (Mr. ATKINSON,) Londonderry, N.

This Question should properly be addressed to my right hon. friend the Prime Minister, as any Bill dealing with contempt of court must be general in its application, and not confined to Ireland.
