§ THE CIVIL LORD OF THE ADMIRALTY (Mr. PRETYMAN,) Suffolk, WoodbridgeThe total sum to be provided for expenditure during the financial years 1903–04 and 1904–05 is £8,570,877. Of this sum £574,877 is available, being unspent balance on the sum provided by previous Acts, leaving a sum of £7,996,000 to be voted in the Bill of this year.
