BOLAND (Kerry, S.)To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can now state what steps the Department of Agriculture and Technical Instruction and the Congested Districts Board intend to take in order to encourage the adoption of the Rural Libraries Act by Rural District Councils, in view of the fact that the rates will shortly be struck for the next financial year.
