SLOAN (Belfast, S.)To ask the Postmaster General whether he is aware that when Dublin bookmakers put their advertisements in newspapers they state that their name, with Dublin added, is a sufficient address for letters; and will he state what special arrangements or privilege are made for the delivery of such letters.
