BAYLEY (Derbyshire, Chesterfield)To ask the Postmaster-General whether it is intended to disc as the question of international exchanges between the members of the postal and telegraph staffs at the forth coming International Telegraph Conference in London; and, if not, whether He will direct that this subject shall receive consideration during the proceedings.
