FIELD (Dublin, St. Patrick)I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury, whether the Government will consider the advisability of re-appointing the Town Holdings Committee to enquire into and report upon the existing terminable leasehold system and the disabilities under which town tenants, inhabitant householders, and tenement occupiers labour.
