Appended is the Return referred to:—
East Africa, etc. (Concessions)—Address for Return showing the names of the firms or individuals to whom Concessions have been granted in East Africa 465 and Uganda; the exact nature and terms of those Concessions; the prices paid for the same; and the exact localities and areas of their operation.
