HC Deb 22 April 1903 vol 121 cc108-9
SIR ANDREW AGNEW (Edinburgh, S.)

To ask the President of the Board of Agriculture whether, in view of the recommendations of the Committee on British Forestry, he will consider the advisability of establishing a State forest in Scotland or of acquiring smaller areas as example plots for instruction in forestry.

(Answered by Mr. Hanbury.) I am unable to express any opinion upon the Report until I have had an opportunity of reading the evidence, which is not yet published.
