To ask Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer what was the net contribution to Imperial Revenue of England, Scotland, and Ireland, respectively, for the years 1894–5, 1898–9, 1899–1900, 1901–2, and, if available, 1902–3.

(Answered by Mr. Ritchie.) The Balances of Revenue contributed by England, Scotland, and Ireland, respectively, which were available for Imperial expenditure after meeting the local expenditure of those divisions of the United Kingdom, were as follows:—
