To ask the President of the Board of Trade whether the negotiations between the Board of Trade and the London and North Western Railway Company as to the concession by the Board of certain rights and privileges to the Company for the purposes of the Company's cross-channel service at Holyhead have been concluded; and whether the present state of the negotiations may be published.
