§ SIR WILLIAM HARCOURT (Monmouthshire, W.)To ask Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will state at what rate per pound Income Tax was paid in the last financial year by persons having incomes of £200, £300, £400, £500, and £600 respectively.
