§ MR. WYNDHAMThe Act has been adopted in nine rural districts, the names of which I have communicated to the hon. Member. It does not appear that a rate has yet been levied in any of these districts for the purposes of the Act. A Parliamentary Paper containing this information seems hardly necessary.
