§ MR. THOMAS O'DONNELL (Kerry, W.)To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Return granted on the 6th August, dealing with Railway and Harbour Guarantees (Ireland) is yet ready; and, if not, what is the cause of the delay.
(Answered by Mr. Wyndham.) There has been no avoidable delay in the preparation of the Return, which, it is hoped, will be completed in the course of a fortnight.
