WEIRI beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he has yet received the full Reports of the medical and sanitary experts, Professor Simpson and Mr. Robert Chadwick, who recently visited Hong Kong in connection with the plague; and will he say whether it is proposed to remove some of the slum property in the Chinese quarter of the city, with a view to secure improved drainage and sufficient ventilation.
