§ THE SECRETARY TO THE ADMIRALTY (Mr. ARNOLD-FORSTER,) Belfast, W.British North Borneo coal is not so well adapted for H. M. ships as the coal used on the China Station. It has been used in small quantities for many years, and it will continue to be so used.
