To ask Mr. Attorney General whether, under the Education (England and Wales) Bill, an education committee will have the power to delegate, or transfer subject to confirmation, the whole or part of its work to local committees; and whether it is necessary that all or any of the persons appointed to serve on a local committee shall be members of the education committee.
