THOMAS (Merthyr Tydvil)To ask the Secretary to the Admiralty if he can give an analysis of Granity Creek coal as supplied to the China 1106 Squadron, i.e., the percentages it contains of fixed carbon, hydro-carbon, water, and ash; and also its evaporative power computed by the multiple most generally used.
