§ MR. PIRIE (Aberdeen, N.)To ask the Secretary of State for War, whether the Report called for in reference to the charges made in the Cape Parliament on the 28th August has been received; and, if so, will it be published; are the cases being investigated; and, if so, by whom.
(Answered by Mr. Secretary Brodrick.) The letter calling for this Report was despatched some weeks ago. The Report will, therefore, in all probability, reach the War Office some time in December.
