§ MR. HERBERT LEWIS (Flint Boroughs)To ask Mr. Attorney General whether the expression "other bodies" in Clause 12, sub-Section (2) (b), may be held to include the County Education Committee acting as a body having power under the scheme to co-opt persons of experience in education and persons acquainted with the needs of the various kinds of schools in the area for which the local education authority acts.
