DR. FARQUHARSON (Aberdeenshire, W.)

To ask the Secretary of State for War whether the proposal to appoint twenty special sanitary officers for the Army has been carried out; if so, will he state to what commands at home or abroad these officers have been or will be appointed; what the nature of their duties will be; and whether, in accordance with the recommendation of the Reorganisation Committee, officers so appointed will be required to hold a diploma in public health.
