§ MR. SWIFT MACNEILLI beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether, having regard to the statements that have been made respecting Sir Redvers Buller with reference to the heliogram sent by him to Sir George White during the siege of Ladysmith, the War Office will now publish in full that heliogram or permit its publication in full by Sir Redvers Buller.
