§ MR. WEIRTo ask the President of the Board of Trade if he will explain why no notification has been issued in the monthly notice to mariners of the several alterations in the position of the Rubble Stone light vessel at the new breakwater, Colombo.
(Answer.) Alteration in the position of the light vessel to which the hon. Member refers was notified in the issue of notices to mariners of November, 1900, and again in the issue of January, 1902, and a notice on the subject appears in the issue for this month.—(Board of Trade.)
