§ SIR JAMES RANKIN (Herefordshire, Leominster)To ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether, under the Educacation Bill, 1902, repairs, such as those known as tenants' repairs, to the interior of any school building not provided by the local authority will be chargeable to the maintenance account or to the managers of such school.
