§ MR. THORNTON (Clapham)To ask the Vice-President of the Committee of Council on Education whether, in the forthcoming Order in Council regarding teachers' registration, the restriction excluding primary teachers possessing academical and other educational distinction necessary to qualify for admission to Column B, until they have worked for twelve months in a school other than elementary, will be removed.
