§ COLONEL STOPFORD-SACKVILLE (Northants, N.)I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether, in view of the fact that a Bill constituting a Bishopric of Southwark has twice passed the House of Lords with the approval of His Majesty's Government, he is now prepared to afford to the Bill such facilities and support as may be necessary to pass it into law during the present year.
