CATHCART WASON (Orkney and Shetland)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he is aware that several motors were racing on last Sunday afternoon in the Bays water Road; and if the Government will inquire into the best method of taking the necessary steps to enable such offenders to be prosecuted.
§ * MR. RITCHIEI have a note from my hon. friend stating that such racing took place, but beyond that I have no information: and in the absence of further details or identification of the alleged offenders, I do not think anything can be done.
