SCHWANNI beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury, as representing the Postmaster General, whether the Postmaster General has appointed a Committee to investigate the working of the scheme of dual training now in operation among sorting and telegraph staffs; and, if so, whether he will consider the advisability of receiving evidence from working telegraphists and sorters.
