HC Deb 13 March 1902 vol 104 cc1286-7
MR. MACARTNEY (Antrim, S.)

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, whether he can state the number of cases which were tried in the Crown Court at the recent assizes in Limerick; in how many cases convictions were obtained; and what action will be taken in the cases in which a verdict was not obtained.

MR. WYNDHAM

There were eight such cases. No convictions were obtained in any of these. The cases in which a verdict was not obtained have been adjourned to the next Assizes.
