SIR WALTER FOSTER (Derbyshire, Ilkeston)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether he has received the Report of the Commission of Experts, appointed in August, 1900, to inquire into the causation, pathology, and modes of prevention (more particularly as affecting armies in the field) of dysentery and its connection, if any, with enteric fever; 868 and, if not, if he will call for the Report, and lay it upon the Table of the House for the use of Members.
