HC Deb 04 March 1902 vol 104 c350
Mk. FULLER (Wiltshire, Westbury)

I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether, with reference to instructions contained in War Office Order No. 0070/2860, of 28th January, 1902, requesting Yeomanry officers to resign their commissions and to ask for new commissions under the provisions of The Yeomanry and Militia Act, 1901, the War Office intends to dispense with the services of such Yeomanry officers as feel themselves unable to fulfil the conditions of the said Act, but who are at the same time willing to continue their service under the old conditions.

LORD STANLEY

When the reports from the various regiments have been received, my right hon. friend will be able to make a complete statement on the subject.
