FREDERICK WILSON (Norfolk, Mid.)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War if the rifle range at Ilford, in Essex, which has been for many years in existence and has been of service not only to Essex but to Metropolitan Volunteers, has been closed on account 351 of the action of a few residents in the neighbourhood; and whether the War Office intends to take action under the Defence Act to prevent the definite loss of this range.
