HC Deb 25 June 1902 vol 110 c12
SIR H. CAMPBELL - BANNERMAN (Stirling Burgh.)

To ask the First Lord of the Treasury, whether, in view of what took place on Monday last at Question time under the new Sessional Order, it is his intention to provide against the inconvenience caused to the House by anything calculated to delay the putting of Questions to the First Lord of the Treasury, many of which are of special importance, until the time is reached after which Questions cannot receive oral replies.

(Answer.) I will certainly do my best to make such arrangements as are possible to obviate the inconvience of which the right hon. Gentleman justly complains.—(Treasury.)
