HC Deb 13 June 1902 vol 109 c610
MR. MACVEAGH (Down, S.)

To ask the Secretary to the Treasury whether it is intended that the proposals of the Board of Customs in reference to the remuneration of second class examining officers will be made known before the Estimates for this Service are set down for discussion.

(Answer.) There will be no unnecessary delay in coming to a decision upon this subject, but I am unable, at present, to fix a date either for the announcement of the result, or for the discussion of the Customs Vote.—(Treasury.)
