MARKHAM (Nottinghamshire, Mansfield)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he has received any protest from the Prime Minister of Cape Colony in relation to Lord Milner's action in recommending both to the loyalists and to a private Member of the Capo Legislative Council that his Ministry should be dissolved by the suspension of the Constitution.
