PAULTON (Durham, Bishop Auckland)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War, whether the repatriation of Boer prisoners will commence at once; whether any priority will be given to those who took the oath of allegiance before the surrender of the Boer forces; and what steps will be taken to repatriate the Boers who are interned in I Portuguese territory.
