BRYNMOR JONES (Swansea District)I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether, before a renewal of the Treasury Minute regulating the distribution of the Parliamentary grant to universities and colleges in Great Britain, an opportunity will be afforded for considering whether any strictly denominational college should participate in such grant; and whether the vote for such colleges can be taken at a time when the subject can be discussed.
