WEIRTo ask the Secretary of State for India whether he is aware that the carriages of the Darjeeling-Himalayan Railway are still unprovided with artificial light, with the result that passengers have to travel through the jungle in darkness for hours; and, will he, in the circumstances, consider the expediency of making representations on the subject to the controlling authority in India.
