§ MR. HARMSWORTH (Caithness)To ask the Lord Advocate what is the amount or value of the estate of the late Rev. William James Stewart Falconer, Minister of Dunnet, Caithness, winch has fallen to the Crown as ultimus 1193 haæres, and is at present under administration by* the King's and Lord Treasurer's Remembrancer; find whether it is intended to dispose of the Estate by gift to the widow of the deceased.
