MACNAMARAI beg to ask the President of the Local Government Board whether he will consider the advisability of submitting proposals to the House this session embodying the recommendation of the Select Committee on Repayment of Loans by Local Authorities, to the effect that the period of repayment in the cases of housing loans for land should be extended to eighty years.
