O'DOWDI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can state the number of lady inspectors recently appointed for the care of boarded - out children in Ireland, and the nature of the qualifications requisite for such inspectors; and how, or by what authority, are the appointments made.
