§ MR. BRODRICKI am afraid that it is not possible to give a reply to the points referred to by the medium of question and answer in this House, but I propose, when I introduce the Estimates, to make a statement on the subject.
§ CAPTAIN NORTONSurely it is possible to state whether anything has been done or not?
