§ MR. BARTLEY (Islington, N.)I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade, whether he is aware that the voluntary winding-up of the Cheque Bank, which failed at Christmas, 1900, is still going on, and that no dividend has yet been paid; and whether he can now take any steps in the matter.
