I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he can state what is the present constitution of the Tientsin Provisional Government, and what the extent of the territory which it governs.

The Tientsin Provisional Government consists of six military members representing Powers who have troops in Chi-li. Its sphere of administration includes the City of Tientsin, and the neighbouring district on both sides of the Peiho, as far as Taka inclusive.
