§ *THE SECRETARY TO THE ADMIRALTY (Mr. ARNOLD-FORSTER, Belfast, W.)It has been decided to give certain Executive Officers a mechanical training with a view to their taking charge of the hydraulic gun machinery on board ships for war; and a Committee has been directed to consider and report upon the most effective means of giving effect to this decision.
