SCHWANN (Manchester, N.)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for India whether the troops which revolted quite lately are a portion of the Pathan Levies under the orders of the Simla Political Department stationed in the Khost Valley; will he state whether the Malukhund and Bundir districts, where the agitation has occurred, and which were at one time far beyond the Indian border, are now districts contained within the area of the new province, and can any recent correspondence relating to these trans-frontier affairs be placed before Parliament at an early date.
